We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

 

Super Saver Shipping – A cost-effective shipping method where Jeniusbike covers part or all of the shipping fee. Delivery may take up to 16 business days.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $1,999 – Available for eligible purchases, with an estimated delivery of up to 16 business days.

 

Flat Rate Shipping – A fixed $90 shipping fee for select lightweight items, with delivery times of 4-16 business days (domestic) and 3-14 business days (international).

 

Saturday Delivery Option – Available upon selection at checkout for customers needing weekend deliveries (note: Saturday delivery via

 

Postal Service is not always guaranteed).

We provide cheap shipping cost Flat USD 90,00 / Unit ( Worldwide destination ) This fee does not include tax. This is still an estimate, the exact cost depends on the government policy of each country. For more details you can ask the government in the field of taxation. We can only give estimation. Because that percentage could change sometime.

International bank transfers can take up to 2-3 banking days to transfer into our account. If your order status has not changed please contact us here.
We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. But if one of our competitors goes lower, we’ll be more than happy to investigate matching their price. Keep in mind, though, that price-matching isn’t always as simple as it appears. We like to make sure we’re matching apples-to-apples when we compare prices, for example we shall only ever price match other online cycle retailers. Please contact us so we can advise you for each individual case.

At Jeniusbike, we deliver your order using trusted shipping carriers, including Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Worldwide Express. All orders come with tracking and insurance for secure delivery.

 

Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT typically ship on the same day, while orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery times vary based on location:

Domestic (Local Orders): 3 to 14 business days
International Orders: 4 to 16 business days

 

For added security, we require a signature upon delivery, but customers may opt out at checkout.

Yes, there is a warranty policy for damaged or lost items under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If you receive a damaged item, you should contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, for incorrect or faulty products.
  • If your item is lost during shipment, it is covered under our insured shipping options, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover shipping or service fees, so any additional costs may not be included in the claim.

Log into your account and click on the My Account tab, and under the section titled My Orders click on View the orders I may cancel and any orders that you may cancel will appear. Simply choose to view the order you wish to cancel and then you may click the Cancel Order button on the bottom right. Clicking the Cancel Order button will immediately cancel that order, place the products ordered back into your shopping cart, and issue you a full refund. Any payment for your order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, your credit card will be issued a refund (or the transaction will be voided if you cancel your order the same day it was placed). If you pay through Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded. If you paid with a store credit, your store credit account will be refunded. If you paid with a combination of a store credit and another payment method, the store credit and the other payment method will be refunded the amount that was used for each. Important: Please keep in mind that if you cancel an order you have paid for with a credit card, the funds may have a hold on them for 1-3 days by your bank or credit card issuer. Please understand that these holds are completely out of our control. So, if you place a large order that will be close to your credit card limit and then cancel it, you may not be able to place a new order until those funds have been released by your bank or credit card issuer. We recommend in these instances that you contact your bank or credit card issuer to request they ‘release’ the hold that was placed on those funds so that you can use your card again without delay.
The easiest way to make changes to your order is to cancel it online (see instructions above) and place a new order. Please do not send us a request through email for your order to be canceled, as it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours before emails are responded to and your order will most likely will have already been processed.
