  • Products ordered through Click & Collect must be returned to the designated store location with proof of purchase.

In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased in-store can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 60 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  • If the item is faulty, a full refund will be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that deteriorate or expire quickly
  • Magazines and other reading materials
  • Sealed items that have been opened for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery
