Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT typically ship on the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery times:
– Domestic (Local Orders): 3 to 14 business days
– International Orders: 4 to 16 business days
– During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Methods
1. Super Saver Shipping
- We understand that shipping costs can be a concern. That’s why we offer Super Saver Shipping, where we cover part (or all) of the shipping fee.
- Estimated delivery: Up to 16 business days (as we use the most cost-effective shipping method).
- Note: Super Saver Shipping is not available for clearance items.
2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $1,999
- We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $1,999 (excluding taxes, fees, and gift certificates).
- Eligible orders will display “Free Shipping Eligible” or “Super Saver Shipping” at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: Up to 16 business days (using the most cost-effective method).
3. Flat Rate Shipping
- Applies to smaller and lighter items such as motors, engines, parts, and accessories.
- Flat Rate: $90 per order. Delivery Time:
– Domestic (Local): 4 to 16 business days
– International: 3 to 14 business days
– No minimum order value is required to use Flat Rate Shipping.
4. Saturday Delivery Option
- If you need your order delivered on a Saturday, select the “Saturday Delivery” option at checkout.
– Note: Saturday deliveries via Postal Service are not always guaranteed.

Signature Requirement for Delivery
- By default, we require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
– If you prefer to waive this requirement, simply uncheck the Signature for Delivery box at checkout.
– Note: If you choose to waive the signature requirement, Jeniusbike is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
